The Expert Group for Liver Diseases of the Republic Ministry of Health:

Measures for improving diagnosis, prevention and treatment of liver diseases

 

 

Continuous development of science and technology, especially the development of hepatology, as a recently established solid branch of medicine, caused fast changings in the diagnostic and therapeutic doctrine of liver disease treatment. The organization and the legal regulations, as the base for the function of the health protection system, must follow the dynamic scientific and professional changes adequately. In order to achieve prosperity in hepatology in our country, like it is going on in Europe, The Republic Ministry of Health organized an The Exrert Group for Liver Disease. As the group of the recognized experts of various specialities engaged in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of liver diseases from different sides, the expert group has the task to improve this branch of science preparing suggestions and advice. The main goal is to provide means of communication and to provide means of exchanging information and experience in order to define expert attitudes and doctrine, as well as giving enormous contribution in order to reach the highest professional level in hepatology for the good sake of patients.

The Exrert Group for Liver Disease, along with the Republic Ministry of Health took under consideration from different aspects the possibilities to make progress in diagnosis, prevention and liver disease treatment. One of the basic and the most important task was to make a suggestion for the improvement of organization and legal regulations in the field of hepatology. After detailed discussion at the Expert Group gatherings the prior subjects were singled out for preparing suggestions. In addition, the Group made an agreement to organize active researching groups in order to give ideas about the projects in some scientific fields. After the need having been appeared, the number of the Active Group members was expanded with well-known authoritative specialists who were willing to contribute to the subject development.

After having discussed the subjects in every active researcning group, the coordinaters prepared the explanation at the proper time. That material was sent by internet to all the members of the Expert Group before the final decision, so they can gain time to prepare for the discussion. The conclusions had been presented at the meeting of the Expert Group where they were discussed again.Then the Group submitted the final projects to the Ministry in a written way on 12 May, 2003.

Ekspertska grupa za bolesti jetre Republičkog ministarstva za zdravlje:

Mere za unapredjenje dijagnostike, prevencije i lečenja bolesti jetre

 

Stalni razvoj nauke i tehnologije, a posebno hepatologije kao mlade ali veoma utemeljene grane medicine, uslovio je brze promene doktrine dijagnostike i terapije bolesti jetre. Organizacija i pravna regulativa, kao osnov za funkcionisanje sistema zdravstvene zaštite, moraju adekvatno da prate dinamičke promene nauke i struke. U želji da se i kod nas omogući prosperitet u hepatologiji po ugledu na savremene tokove u Evropi, Republičko ministarstvo za zdravstvenu zaštitu je osnovalo Ekspertsku grupu za bolesti jetre. Kao skup vrhunskih stručnjaka različitih specijalnosti koji se bave dijagnostikom, prevencijom i lečenjem bolesti jetre iz različitih uglova, Ekspertska grupa ima zadatak da savetima i predlozima mera unapredi ovu oblast. Osnovna namena Grupe, da se obezbedi komunikacija i razmena informacija i iskustava u cilju definisanja stručnih stavova i doktrine, daje značajan doprinos postizanju najvišeg profesionalnog nivoa u hepatologiji, a za dobro bolesnika.

Ekspertska grupa za bolesti jetre Republičkog ministarstva za zdravlje razmotrila je sa različitih aspekata mogućnosti da se u sadejstvu sa Ministarstvom unapredi dijagnostika, prevencija i lečenje bolesti jetre. Jedan od osnovnih i najvažnijih zadataka bilo je formiranje predloga mera za unapređenje organizacije i pravne regulative u domenu hepatologije. Na sastancima Ekspertske grupe su, nakon detaljne diskusije, izdvojene prioritetne teme u okviru kojih je trebalo dati predloge, a potom je i dogovoreno osnivanje radnih grupa koje su predlozile idejne projekte po pojedinim oblastima. Kada se ukazala potreba, sastav radnih grupa je proširivan svim autoritetima koji su bili voljni da daju svoj doprinos obradi teme.

Nakon razmatranja tema unutar svake radne grupe, koordinatori su u predvidjenom roku pripremili obrazloženja i taj radni materijal je pre završnog razmatranja prosledjen putem interneta svim članovima Ekspertske gupe da bi se pripremili za diskusiju. Potom su zaključci izneti na sastanku Ekspertske grupe i tu ponovo razmotreni. Završni idejni projekti su bili podneti Ministarstvu u pisanoj formi 12.05.2003.
