"who listens to talk radio" i heard this in my studio when giving the "answering machine cassette favourites" a spin and gave the paisan an ital "wass a matta pho u" with out much else. so i have the tendancy to weird people out with statements that make little sense and have no further relevance. but it allowed the douche to overhear an actual conversation between a man who is obviously going nowhere in life, who was trying to get some life advice from a hardlined buddy who takes no shit. really too many amazing moments to mention. 97 in total. brian stole tape after tape from thrift stores over the past six years to compile his baby. true obsessive genius, his selectivity and arrangement of sources contribute to this being a true ALBUM. also includes some totally fuct naturally occuring tape manipulation from southern ontario's most mangled machines. edition of 80, 8 colour screenprinted 5" x 17" foldout in a sleeve w/ tracklistings, times and logos.
