if you have worked at an art-store before, you probably remember the box of 12 prismacolour pastels. they have this removable plastic tray, that when removed easily fits 2 cassette tapes. you probably thought at some point that you should start a record label that only releases double c30's in these boxes, covered in brown kraft paper, screened with anti-propaganda propaganda and marbled the white bottoms into oblivion. then you found out how long it takes to properly adhere the paper to the outside of the box- let alone dub the cassettes with the double walkman set-up. at this point you give up and only make 27 of the goddamn things. you decide its probably a better idea to stick to releasing semi-autistic radio collages from new zealand on cdr.
