She finds it immoral to do this, because those memories mean something, even if they aren't something one wishes to remember.
The leaf she wears on her horn was a gift from the first person she ever wiped a memory from. Said nihil is now paranoid, confused, and mentally unstable. It is a reminder to her about what can happen if she messes around with others' memories.
