This page is devoted to Malta. A small island in the Mediterranean sea about 60 miles south of Sicily. Malta is the main island in a group of six. The others are Gozo, Comino and Falfa. Gozo is the next largest followed by Comino. Comino has no traffic as it has no roads! Filfla, Cominotto and St Paul's Island are uninhabited.
You may think that such a place has little to offer except holidays in the sun. Well you'd be wrong! There is an ancient and well respected University and the Island has a strong engineering tradition. Malta is the home of The Synapse, a large medical web resource and host of The Jackal's Den.
