J.R- How did you get into wrestling?
Mankind- I was eight years old at Minnesaukee Elementary School playing a game of �kill the guy with the ball� and while chasing one of the other students, I made a leap for this legs, and the back of his foot kicked me in the lip. And I don�t know what happened; I knew it hurt JR, I knew it hurt bad, but all of a sudden people started looking at me in a different way like there was something wrong with me. I looked at my white Chicago Bears sweatshirt and it had suddenly turned red and children were running from me, scared, I was bleeding, I was in pain, and I was loving it. Because I felt like I could finally do something better in my life than everybody else. Handle pain some one said �that�s just vampire blood� and then they saw the open wound from which the blood was flowing. You know JR I still have that shirt today. I remember sitting there on the floor thinking, wouldn�t it be nice if there was a job were I could do this all of the time? Get that attention every night. Stockbrokers can�t do it, teachers can�t do it, hell the President of the United States of America can�t bleed for a living! But Pro-Wrestlers can. It was the first time I realised I had a calling in my life, and I followed it right down the line. That is what I wanted to do. My brother and I watched them all-Chief Jay, Strongbow etc that�s what we wanted to be. Then I broke his nose by back dropping him into his bedroom wall and Mom said no more wrestling, but she didn�t say no more dreaming.
JR: Well, young Mick Foley continued to pursue his dream, but he had a heavy price to pay, the emotional scars of his strange childhood are still evident.
Mankind- You know, I want to tell my son, when he gets to fifthteen, not to be the guy who eats strange things. I never bought it upon myself; other kids would gang up on me because I was different, I acted different, and looked different. They would through worms at me, when stretching in Athletics there was a bombardment of worms being thrown at me. So what did I do to retaliate? I through them back at 7 or 8 people. It was my pride I was after, they were looking at me as though I was garbage, so I picked up the largest specimen and ate it, I sucked it right down. To show them they would not be successful. I thought, JR, I thought that�ll show them, but them sure enough the story became exaggerated, it became Mick Foley eats a plate of worms everyday worm because people were picking on him. I ask you, do you think I got a lot of dates after that?
JR- Probably not.
Mankind- Do you think that girls would want to kiss some one with worms on there breath�? I never had the chance to chow the world I could love, and be loved back. They ruled me out because I had a strange appetite for strange things. I didn�t accept money to eat other things but the fact is that the damage had already been done. I went through all of my schools days without date number ONE. You don�t think that scared my soul, well your not looking deep enough.
JR (voice over)- Mick Foley was searching for a place to belong.
Mankind- It was 1983. And upstate New York with its endless rolling fields might be a nice place for a lot of boys, but not when Jimmy Snuka and Don Muraco were in a Cage in October in Madison Square-that�s were I wanted to be! I wanted to be were the blood and guts were, JR. So I saved up and it took all my savings and 16-17 hours but I made my way to the Garden. I got a front row seat, and saw the move that changed my life. When Jimmy Snuka came of the top of the cage, I saw people stand up, I saw people cheer, and I know I was not the only persons life who changed in that arena. I knew I wanted people to do that for me, cheer when I acted some kind of bravery. I wanted to hear, see people�s emotions. I wanted to see Children cry for me and out of love for the things I can do in the ring. I made a movie when I was 18 about myself, maybe as a type of escape where I was a wrestler, and I met Shawn Michaels for the first time-you know him.
JR-Oh yeah very well.
Mankind- He looked at my scared and battered body. He didn�t know me, but he knew of the legend of who I was before, and he said �Is this the way you always envisioned yourself?� Looking somewhat down on me. And I said �No I always imagined myself being you. So in my movie I was not Mick Foley I was not Mankind I was a sure as Hell Dude Love.
Dude Love tape-November 1983 the movie shows on the Titatron of The Dude jumping off of his best friend�s house onto a broken pile of cardboard boxes.
Mankind-I decided that in that video I would do something heroic that would make people cheer for me. So I ascended up onto my friend house and I dove off.
I cannot be bothered to continue with this interview now i have an EWWE title shot to go for against the so called Hero Kurt Angle, so i am off to training.
Mankind leaves the room and walks roud the cormer he heads to the gym and begins his hard work out for his bid to become a double champion. As if he wins on this weeks Smackdown he will hold the most important title belts the HaRdCoRe belt and the WORLD title and be the most successful EWWE wrestler for the tim he has been in the federation. Mankind starts off by weight lifting and then endurance training followed by a long break and then more training as he wants to get himself as fit as possible for the title match against Kut Angle on EWWE Smackdown.

He has been in famous matches including the give up match against the Rock, the Buried Alive and Hell in a Cell Match�s against the Undertaker, many WWF title shots, the KOTR for the WWF title when The Rock got help, the epic battle against the Big Show at WrestleMania XV and Barbed wire Matches and off course has delivered out a lot if pain with his Mandible Claw and Socko on his hand�Many people have received the Socko Welcome.
Mankind- So i and Socko have been granted a great chance to grab another piece of Gold and this time it is the top gold it is the EWWE World title. It should be a great match ever way, but i am sure that i and the majority of people around the World will be alot happier if i win the title belt. It does have a nice sound to it..."Mankind double champion...Mankind hardcore and world Champion.." and i intend to make ie happen i will do everything in my power to make myself as fit as possible for the match and that is one thing i hope Shadow does not muck up, as at the moment he is getting on my nerves, and me nowing him i am sure he will not be far away when i get into the ring on Smackdown.
Mankind drops his mic and heads towards the King but decides against hitting him so he heads to the centre of the ring and poses for the crowd and responds by cheering everything he does which Mankind reponds to by playing his music and heading backstage to get away from the fus the crowd are giving him. When he gets backstage people congratulate on his title shot and hope that he can do better than Undertaker did against Hulk Hogan.
