Squirtle - Before no one knew who this Pokemon was. For a long time it was assumed that this Pokemon was Charmander. However, in recent episodes it has been proven that Gary took Squirtle from Professor Oak when he left Pallet Town
Wartortle - This Pokemon was never seen by anyone like Squirtle, but since we know Gary's Blaistoise was the Pokemon he got from Professor Oak it should be safe to assume it was once a Wartortle.
Blastoise - This Pokemon made its debut in the Silver Conference of the Johto League. This Pokemon was later discovered to be Gary's first Pokemon.
Krabby - We heard about this capture from Professor Oak when Ash caught his Krabby. It was quite a large Krabby and it continued to grow larger as Gary rotated his Pokemon to make them stronger.
Arcanine - This one was first seen when Gary battled Giovanni for an Earth badge. It worked well against Kingler, but not as well against Mewtwo.
Nidoking - Nidoking's first appearance happened to be the same episode as Arcanine's. He used it to battle Giovanni's Golem, then faced Mewtwo with it, he didn't do to well.
Doduo - We met Doduo when Gary visited Professor Oak's lab the same day as Ash. Doduo walked by and Gary patted it on the head, that was about it.
Nidoqueen - Gary used Nidoqueen to get rid of Team Rocket and free Ash and Professor Oak. Pretty funny when Meowth tried to scratch her, next time maybe he'll think twice on that one.
Eevee - Gary battled Ash's Pikachu with Eevee. Eevee won easily, much to Ash's dismay.
Umbreon - Gary's Eevee evolved into Umbreon! It also happens to be my favorite Eevee evolution so I was happy. Gary and Umbreon helped return the power to a small town after Team Rocket stole all of it to power up their jumbo sized Wobbuffet.
Magmar - Gary used Magmar to battle Ash in the Silver Conference finals. I kinda missed this half of the episode, I really don't remember why either.
Golem - This is another Pokemon Gary used in his battle with Ash. This was in the second half of the battle, yet I don't remember this part.
Scizor - This is another Pokemon Gary used against Ash. This happens to be my favorite steel type (no I don't like the Pokemon that Gary owns, I just happen to).
