There is a way to GET considerable professional SUPPORT for a system like this, on a 'fee for service' basis.  You can employ a company like Geek Squad, www.geeksquad.com, 800-433-5778.  They should have the skill to do everything, except train your staff on the use, and provide a specialized setup, of the Tobis Paperless Office system.
