- There will be 3 periods ( 10 minutes each )
- No holding
- There will be a blue line where when your opposing team's goalie has the ball, you must be behind the blue line and as soon as the goalie passes the ball, you may cross the blue line.
- After 3 periods and the score is tied, there will be a 1 min OT (Within the 1 min overtime period, which ever team scores the most goals will win), If still tied after the overtime period, there will be a 3 round shootout, if still tied after 10 rounds then it is a 2 on 0 shootout play until the winner of the game.
- In shootouts, there will be no questions asked on scooping the ball.
- In shootouts, the goalie must stay behind the creace.
- Goalies can go up, but cannot score any goals; if the goalie shoots the ball and goes inside the net, the goal will not count.
- 5 minute interveles.
