My name is Gary Steven Nault Jr. I was named after my dad. I live in southern California in a tiny town known as California City. I'm a
complete computer nerd who plays sports. I love foot ball, golf, gaming, No Doubt, 311, playing my bass and anything that is fun
or a good challenge! I like
all music except for country, I am a huge Packer fan and a Simpsons expert! I go to arcades a lot and I own at all Mortal Kombat games, no one
can consistently beat me. I'm good at Tekken 3/tag, DDR, MvC2 and only okay at CvS2. I'm a smart jock, yes, I know we don't exist... and a loud
mouth ass hole at times, but I'm really funny, no really guys... My favorite food is steak and favorite movie is Predator. I want to hopefully
one day play for the Green Bay Packers, or maybe make it big in a band because that'd be so bitchin' to be performing for tons of people.
Failing that, I'd just do computer work. So here's my life, mainly the last three years, don't get too into it, you might actually be able to
understand me now!
I was born November 19th, 1983 at Edwards Air Force base in southern California. I lived on base with my parents until my dad got out of the air Force. We then moved to Arizona until I was about four or so. We then moved back to these apartments by California City while our house was being built. I lived in California City, playing AYSO soccer, riding bikes out in the desert and doing normal kid stuff. I attended a private Christian school for a short while then moved. My dad was put on loan to work on the International Space Station in Huntsville, Alabama for almost a full year. I met really fun people there, it was really fun getting away from the uncivilized desert! I played my first year of football there. So just when I think I'm going to move back to California City, yet again my dad gets put on loan to Lockheed working on the C-130 J projects. He test flew inside of planes in dangerous situations and tested their durability, weaknesses, strengths and stuff. So this job was in Marietta, Georgia. We went there and I made friends and started my first year of high school there. I joined the Air Force R.O.T.C. and had lots of fun flying sims and an actual C-130. I didn't land or take off though, (D'oh). Also I played two years of football there as receiver and defensive end. I did really well and it was fun. My dad traveled the world going to Spain, Argentina and tons of other places, he brought back some bitchin' stuff and stories. I met Randy, now a great friend of mine in the apartments we lived in. He had just moved there from near Chicago like two weeks after I moved in and oddly enough he moved back two weeks after we left. We did lots of stupid things and found another friend Marcus. We had tons of great times screwing with people and going to this pizza place that was all you can eat for two dollars and fifty cents, or something like that. So we got our share of pizza, hehe. We had a computer room with three computers in it so we were always in there on the chat lines, or playing games, this is where I fell in love with computers, plus The Matrix had just came out! I didn't know too much about computers but wanted to know! In July, 1999 we moved back to California City in the same house on Great Circle. It was so great to see all of my friends again and tell them my stories and hearing theirs. The lady across the street from us had moved out and a month or two after we had gotten back the Chebahtahs had moved in. I became good friends with Justin Chebahtah and his younger brother Jake. Justin and I went to high school together and he began to teach me things about computers because he was already a computer nerd and I was aspiring to be one. In my math class was this little blonde guy I use to call little dude, his name is Pat, he became one of my best friends real quick. I'd see him around a lot and found out he lived right next to me and rode my bus and everything so we started to hang out tons and tons. I played football again my sophomore year but grades ultimately would keep me from playing the last half of the season, bummer! So my grades starting sucking, I really hated Mojave High School, the teachers just baby sat, didn't help or anything. I passed gym! So in order to catch up I did this home study thing during the summer and I was doing really well. My teacher said I'm really smart, just lazy, which we all know, hehe, and that I should just take the California Proficiency Examination so I got out of school for a few months and waited for the test date. During that time I spent all of my days and hours on the computer learning tons of things, playing games and kicking ass as usual. I ran into my old buddy, Chris Hylla, who I've know since kindergarten. I hadn't seen him since I'd been back and I had been back for like a year and a half. So we hung out a lot and started doing this back yard wrestling stuff with Pat, our buddy Danny who we've always hung out with, Justin, the neighbor Darius which we played basketball and football a lot together. A bunch of other people started to hear about it so soon we were passing out waivers and teaching the newbs how to wrestle. We called it the GDW, which stood for Ghetto Desert Wrestling. It was really fun for a long time and eventually we all just kind of quit.
A little later on I remembered that California City had gotten a
new radio station. I was really excited to hear it was owned by Kathryn Efford, the lady who owned the Christian school I went
to briefly. So my
family and I knew her real well. I asked her if I could maybe be a DJ and go on the air and stuff and she said sure, but I'd have to write,
produce my show and everything! So I talked to Chris because we've known each other for so long, we know all the same jokes and can read each other
real well. So we hung out for about two weeks, came up with a two hour comedy show, we decided to just simply call it, The Chris and Gary
show. We played 80's music since no one at the station had played 80's. Kathryn loved it and we came up with funny characters and different
little plots, schemes & skits. It also so happened that Kathryn needed some one to do the website for the station because the guy who had done it
before moved. So knowing html and a few web design programs I made their web site.
