| In 1895 Francis Nottidge Macnamara published the Memorials of the Danvers Family. Two hundred copies of his book were printed, four of which are known to have come to New Zealand. Two of them are pictured, the one on the right has been recovered. Having borrowed a copy in 1987 we soon realised the significance of the information and set about producing the centennial edition which was published in 1995. | ||||||||||||
