| The following story is the result of extensive research into the Hawkins family. It is accurate, nothing has been taken for granted, all the facts have been checked and double checked on numerous occasions. It is difficult to say who would be interested in this particular family tree, except to say that there are at least 36 male Hawkins ancestors from 1672 onwards. From that 36 there will obviously be more descendants, so this particular line will be very widespread by now. I do know that at least two of my ancestors went to America and Canada in the early 1900's, Charles, and Moses, there may have been many more. Should anyone recognise their own family within this story, they can contact me if they wish, I have left an email address.
