Rich Jennerjohn has been working with Police Dogs since the age of 15. Rich was taught how to train dogs in Santa Cruz CA. by Marv Gangloff owner and operator of Mar-Ken Kennels.
Rich has been in law enforcement for 22 years. he is currently employed by 2 Nevada law enforcement agencys, the Lander County Sheriffs Department and the Elko Tribal Police Department.
Rich currently lives in Battle Mountain NV with his lovely wife Theresa who was also a Police Officer and is now a Sheriff Dispatcher.
Rich currently handles a 3 year old German Shepherd named Bindi. Bindi is a dual purpose dog. patrol/narcotic. Bindi is responsible for getting lots of drugs off the streets.
In October of 2005 Rich competed in the Las Vegas Police K-9 Competition, where he had the honor of meeting and spending some time with master illusionest Siegfried & Roy (pictured to the right with Rich and Bindi)
In January 2006 Rich will be getting a new dog named Riddick. Rich will be using Riddick at the Tribal Police Dept. and Bindi will be used at the Sheriffs Dept.
Riddick is an 18 month old Malinois (see pictures below) Riddick will hopefully be fully trained and certified by June 2006.
