• Teac makes floppy drives, including a model that uses SCSI
• SyQuest makes Jazz drives
• Artecon used to make SCSI floppy drives, with support for Solaris , but they don't appear to anymore

• Gigabyte Solutions Specializes in refurbishing MO drives, but also carries floppy drives, including SCSI ones.
