Pet Cemetary
Gore:3.5/5
Nudity:0/5
Pace:3/5
Scary:5/5
Story:4/5
Overall:4/5
A family just recently moved into a neihborhood that seems to be pretty normal except for the pet cemetary that is just feet away from there house. the when the family finds that here cat has been hit by a car the father asks the friendly next door niehbor if it would be o.k to bury the cat in the pet cemetary. the man then explains to him that the cemetary holds the power of ressurection and that anything that is buried there comes back to life, but not as they once were. they come back evil. but john Creed has to find out the hard way that "sometimes dead is better"

this movie i saw as a young kid and all i could remember is that it horrified me. i recently bought it to bring back some old memories and found that it horrified me even more. the image of the sister Zelda with the "Spinalmangitas" has still not got out of my head and i had nightmares for weeks. the movie i think is a great adaptation of "Stephen Kings" novel and i think follows it quite nicely. do i suggest it yes. it is deffinitly worth a rental. why not worth a buy you ask. because after you have seen that image of Zelda once, you will never want to watch it again

Gore: things do get pretty bloody with a boy hit by a truck, some throat munching, cat scratches and worst of all a cleaver in the ankle ouch!

Nudity: none that i can remember except for that naughty cat meeeeeeeeoooooooooooooow!

Pace: the pace goes by nicely, filling in all the blanks and setting up the story nicely.

scary: yes i gave it a 5/5 but dont think your gonna be terrified throughout this whole movie. there are some haunts from the kid that got hit by the truck but the real reason i gave scary a 5/5 is because of Zelda, i dont care what anyone says that is to this day the most terrifying thing i've ever seen in a horror film.

Story: it is based off a novel by the wonderful "Stephen king" and does a terrific job.

Overall hey why not. theres plenty of gore, lots of chills and a great story to add to it, the acting is a little tipsy but hey thats why we watch horror movies, Right?
