You start out the stage and you can notice right away that it is different, because now it is nighttime. Right off, you will have to face three of the porcupines that shoot needles at you. After you get past them, you will come up on a spike pit with a platform in front of you. Just jump on the platform, then jump down to the other side, then climb down the ladder.
After you climb down the ladder, you will have to slide through an opening and have to get past a couple of the retracting needles, you will have to time it just right, and slide through, and quickly slide through the next opening, if you want to keep from getting hit. Then there will be two needles that come out and touch tips, then another one that comes out from the roof next to it, like so:

You will have to time the jump perfectly, and aim your jump. When the two needles that touch each other start to go in, jump through them, then aim your jump as close to the two needles as possible, without touching them, or the needle that comes down to the right of them. Yes, it is hard, and you will more than likely get hit.
After you get through them, there will be a small spike pit, with two more needles that come out from both top and bottom and touch. This is actually easier than it looks, just stand at the very edge of the floor, so as to avoid the needle coming down when you jump, and jump across and land on the floor right before the two needles that come out, yes there is enough room for this, and just wait for the needles to go back in, and jump through.
The next section is very tough. I hope you have some energy or energy tanks for this next part. There are four needles that come down from the top, and they are at different intervals. If you think that you can position Mega Man perfectly enough, then you can try to inch him through the needles and have him stand in between the needles and move him to the next space and keep doing this until he is through. But, I found this to be very hard, and it will cost you a lot of energy if it isn�t done properly, so I have my own way of doing it. Just stand by the first needle, and when it goes up, just slide through. You will get hit, but, as soon as you get hit, just slide again, and go through the last two needles. If you do this right, you shouldn�t take more than two hits.
As far as the big energy pellet sitting behind the needle goes, I suggest you not try to get it(I didn�t), but if you are brave enough, by all means try it. If not, then just equip the Rush Coil, and jump up to the ladder and move on.
In the next section, there will be one of the big spring guys that shoots missles out of its head as well as an extra life in a at the very top of the area. Take out the spring guy, then equip the Rush Jet and get the extra life.Keep the Rush Jet equipped and go over to the ladder and climb it. In the next area, use the Rush Jet to get the Energy Tank and then go and climb the ladder.
In the next section, there will be a big porcupine before you reach the first doc robot for this stage.
Equip the Rush Jet and start to fly across the big gap. Don�t try to kill any of the dragonflies or the parachute guys that try to hit you. Just avoid them. They should be easy to avoid. When you are moving along, make sure to pick up the weapon pellets on the way. The first one is at the bottom of the screen, the next one is on a platform in the middle of the screen with a plaform right ahead of it, but the gap is big enough for Mega Man to fit through. There will be a dragonfly come at you when you try to get in that gap, so, make sure to shoot that one.
When you land on that platform, unequip the Rush Jet and just fall down to the next platform to get the next weapon pellet. Move along and continue to dodge all of the enemies. Then you will come up on a platform that looks like this:

Slide through the gap, but make sure to push the right button as soon as you get to the end so you won�t slide off of the edge. After you get the pellet, just get back on the Rush Jet, and then go to the next platform, get another weapon pellet, and climb the ladder to the next area. Equip the Rush Jet and get the weapon pellet. You can get to the ladder to the left using the Rush Coil, but if you don�t feel safe doing this, go ahead and use the Rush Jet.
After you climb the ladder, there will be a plunger guy like from the Snake Man stage. Kill him like you have before and move on.
You will have to kill one of those guys with the hard hats, but this one is a giant one that shoot balls at you, as well as the regular sized hard hat guys. You have to shoot the cross the giant hard hat guy to kill it. The best way to do it is just avoid the balls that come at you, and try to shoot the cross on his hat when he is throwing the little hard hat guys at you.
The next section is just a bunch of hard hat guys that can fly, and a couple of the cannons that shoot the big red balls at you. This section isnt hard, just be careful going through.
The next section is another giant hard hat guy. Kill this one just like the one before.
The last section before the second doc robot just has a porcupine. Kill the porcupine and move on to the doc robot.
