When you get to this part, there will be four small energy pellets on the top platform, when you jump off of the ladder, hold down the left button while you are falling, so you can get the pellets. Then fall down and climb down the ladder.
This part can be very frustrating, but it won't be if you follow what I say.

1st wave: stand directly in the middle, when a block forms right in front of you , jump on it. Stand on it, and right after the next set of blocks forms, jump to your left and you should land on a block that forms. Stand on it, and right after the next set of blocks form, jump to the right, and you should land on a block.  Stand on it, then right after the next set of blocks form, jump to the right to jump on a block that forms above the one that forms right after you jumped on the block that you are on. As soon as you jump on that one, jump to the top of the platform.

2nd wave: This one isn�t as hard as it looks, stand at the far left of the gap. When a block forms right in front of you, jump on it, but stay still, if you move, one of those magnets will start pulling on you. Stand on the block, then right after the next set of blocks form, jump to the right and you should land on a block that is right next to the platform, jump on the platform.

3rd wave: Stand right at the edge, when the block forms, jump on it, but like before, don�t move or the magnet will pull on you. Right after the next set of blocks form, jump to the right to land on the block that forms, AS SOON AS YOU LAND ON THE BLOCK, jump to the right and land on the next block that forms, then immediately jump onto the platform.

4th wave: Jump onto the first block that forms, after the next set of blocks form, jump to the right to land on the block. As soon as you land on the block, jump to the right to land on the block that forms, then immediately jump to the platform, then climb the ladder.
To kill this thing, you will have to keep jumping and shooting until it is dead. You will probably take a couple of hits, but it won't be bad. After you kill it, you can go down the ladder to the left at the bottom and get the goodies that are down there. If you do this, you will have to kill the thig that flings bullets at you again. When you climb the ladder, all you will have to kill before you get to Magnet Man is one of those big things that shoots missles out of its head, kill it and go on to Magnet Man.
Equip the Spark Shock. The best way to kill him is shoot him when he is on the ground and jumping towards you. When  he goes up into the air to throw the magnets at you, run away from him, and when the magnets come down, run towards him to make the magnets miss you, then start shooting him. If he is trying to pull him to you, just keep running away from him, do a couple of slides if you have to.
