Ability � things that the character knows, can do, or perform with talent or skill.
Backgrounds � Traits that detail the character�s social standing and heritage.
Challenge � a throw of Paper-Rock-Scissors to determine an outcome.
Chronicle � a series of inter-related Sessions that form a lengthy and coherent storyline.
Extended Challenge � a challenge that continues until the tester loses.
Gnosis � mechanical measure of the spiritual power of a Garou.
Health Levels � representation of how much damage a character can take before dying.
Influences � Background Traits that represent a character�s ability to manipulate human society.
Rage � mechanical measurement of a Garou�s physical power.
Scene � a location where action is taking place; also used to describe a longer period of time (rather than a turn)
Session � one evening of regular play.
Simple Test � a Paper-Rock-Scissor challenge without risking Traits.
Static Challenge � A challenge that requires someone to risk a certain number of related Traits to complete a task.
Traits � an adjective used to describe a character�s strengths and weaknesses.
Turn � a unit of time within game play, usually considered to be approximately five seconds.
Willpower � mechanical measurement of a Garou�s mental power.
