Order Cancellations Policy
 | No cancellation will be accepted after purchasing on line. Email us at [email protected] or alternatively call Ms. Paula at 65-64527705 or 65-96681393 for more information before purchasing. Please quote code number in all correspondences. |
| Customer will be informed through email if the order item is not available . |
| The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows: |
| 100% | When credit card has not been charged and items have not been sent out. Or when credit card has been charged but item is not available |
| 0% | After ordered item has been sent out. |
| 0% | Item will be sent out by registered post, we will e-mail clients the registered post code number. No refund due to the lost and damages caused by delivery company. |

Items can not be exchanged once been sent out. |
Delivery Policy
| Delivery fee by hand in Singapore locally is excluded in the quoted price. |
| Private delivery services with be charged at SIN$12 for local island wide in Singapore. |
| Local delivery service available 7 days a week. Same day afternoon delivery if order arrives before 9.00am. Sunday delivery if order arrives before 9.00am on Saturday. Holiday delivery if order arrives before 9.00am one day before. |
| Next day shipment by post for oversea order. |

Customers are requested to provide the following information at the on-line order form to facilitate prompt fulfillment :

| Full address of the recipient |
| Better provide Telephone number of the recipient if need to be delivered in local (Singapore). |
Refund Policy
Under the following circumstances, refund is possible :
| Cancellation of order. Please see Order Cancellation Policy for details. |
| Full refund if products are not sent by us although this kind of cases can be very rare. Refunding process will be carried out within three days when one of the conditions stated above is satisfied. Fund will be credited into the credit card account that was debited. |
| In case of unavailability of products that a customer have ordered, we will
inform the customer of the unavailability before deliver and will give the customer a 100% refund. Reasons for unavailability of a product type or color could be due to various factors. |
Note : Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management.
Substitution Policy
| We will deliver the types, quantity and colors of the products that customers have ordered. |
