Using - Ping (packet internet groper
icmp echo request

Ping    - 127.0.0.1 (local host/loopback)
	- this hosts ip
	- router / gateway
	- remote
	- DNS name

On  IPX/SPX or NETBeui Networks
	- Never Use MS Browser services as a diagnostic tool
	- Use Netbios Connect Request \\Servername
Input Output
Input faulty, output works => IRQ

Both faulty => driver or I/O address
