Vision / Purpose:
To see Garifuna and non Garifuna Christians working together in love for the welfare and interest of the Garifuna people (Garinagu) and their communities for both Christians and non Christians, to meet their spiritual and physical needs here and aboard.
There are three basic needs in the Garifuna Communities
1. Salvation
2. Leadership Education Development
3. Economic Development
We are reaching our Vision, Goals and Mission by our yearly events
1. Monthly Business Meeting - First Saturday of each month
2. Quarterly Prayer

Garifuna Pastors Conference February 7-9 2008
May 23 to 26 2008 trip to Seattle, Washington State, USA
Annual Christians Convention July 9 - 12, 2008 (Travesia, Honduras)
Council Anniversary and Garifuna Leaders Conference October 24-26, 2008 in Houston, Texas USA
4. Garifuna day and Conference on the Second Saturday in April - April 12, 2008
5. Annual Banquet the suggested this year Saturday in June 7, 2008
6. Evangelical out door Services /Crusade in the summer June to September
All our events are:
To Challenge Garifuna from different churches/organizations to Fellowship, Worship God and to work together
To Stimulate Garifuna Christians to Promote, the things God is doing in their communities and to invite non-Garifuna Christians and all Garifunas people to participate in our activities
To Fund-raise to help with expenses, missionaries, projects and other needs
We hope that all will be able to catch and understand the vision and the need, which is to be united and promote networking among ourselves for the glory of God
