Hominy Casserole -- Dorothy Salter
4    green onions, chopped
1    can cream of mushroom soup
29 oz. can Golden Hominy
2    14 oz. cans White Hominy
2     4 oz. cans green chilies, chopped
1     8 oz. can of sliced water chestnuts
1     16 oz. container of sour cream
1 � cup shredded cheddar cheese


Mix soup, chilies, onions and sour cream together. In a large casserole put
hominy and chestnuts, mix well with above ingredients. Put cheese over top.
and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is really good warmed over.
