As with most anthologies you get a mixed bag in this one. There are a few good ones, a few bad ones, and a few mediocre ones. Nothing truly memorable. However I did give this book a higher rating than I do for normal anthologies due to the pacing. During the entire time I read this book. I didn't feel like I was bogged down trying to estimate how long it would take me to finish a poor short story in order to reach a possibly better one. As with most comics these stories are short. Extremely short. You can pick up the book and get through one with ten minutes (definately bathroom reading material). I like it. It reminds me of the comics. Not alot of words but it gets the job done. One of the more standout stories is the Stalking of John Doe. The rest I don't remember too well but I do remember each short story being a nice diversion if I have a few minutes to unwind but not enough time to get into a full novel.

I recommend this novel to any Spider-Man fan easily. As far as anthologies goes this is probably the best Spider-Man one that I have read.
