About the Authors
Shara Rendell-Smock has written the fun books Living
with Big Cats and Hooking the Reader: Opening Lines that Sell. Prior to
those books, she wrote more than thirty computer software manuals and numerous magazine,
online, and newspaper features, including a column for The Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
She presently is the secretary of Florida Writers Association.(Formerly Shara

Kathryn Taromina has been a motivational speaker for ten years and an
imaginative creator, since she
was six.Former newspaper columnist of
ABOUT TOWN; and former head script writer for the
local, weekly TV program, "REAL TO REEL."
Taromina is
affiliated with the Florida Writers Association; Space Coast Writers
Guild; The Society of Children's Writers and Illustrators; and the
Children's Writers' Club of Melbourne. She is presently marketing
children's story books to various publishers.
