"Breaking Off"

There you are lying warmly
in the vine of unity
you feel secure

You never gave a thought about leaving
You know that it would not happen
You are secure with the other seeds
and know that you'll never be apart

But time is on the run
nothing can stop it now
You brew bigger and learned
all the secrets of life

The pod opened suddenly
and then you know that it is time to go
the very vein attatched to you gave in
the pain, the pain, it hurts so much

Down you go alone and away from home
with no heart beat left unseeked
you tried to look around for everybody
but you never heard any heart beat

Down you go to the ground
and it hit you like an arrow
piercing the very soul
you face the fact that you are alone now

As the sun revolved around you
and as you tried to accept things forcefully
you wondered with amaze
and realized that there is something in you

Your heart was eager to grow
but still you decided not to
so you lie there in the ground
cold and dry, you felt not that good

After the sun sets , you felt something
somebody was calling your name
you looked around and saw them
the friends that you were always with

There they were with their leaves swaying
patting you and reminding you that it is time
you decided that it is time to grow
and you are sure that it will be now

As you grow taller and stronger
you realized you made the right choice
to grow vertically and not be stagnant
and now you know how it feels to be growing

As you became as tall as they are
you realized on thing
that your friends were always there waiting
for you to reach out and grow with them.
