October 4, 2003: By order of General Meade, A 'consilidation' of the Third Corps into the First. So, instead of having Three Divisions in the First Corps, we will now have Five Divisions. Please welcome all of the Third Corps members into our First corps. You will all see many changes to the website to include the thrid corps. Thank you for your time. - Brig. October 20, 2003: Congrats to GAR Stannard for being Promoted to Major. Congrats to GAR Cutler for graduating from West Point. Congrats to General Reynolds for recieving the Defense Distinguished Service Medal. I wish to welcome back the Old GAR Cutler. (Who has returned as GAR Meridith). Welcome Back to GAR. "Im very proud of my boys, they have shown the army that their is indeed a I Corps." Spoke General Reynolds, "they have made a great name for the I Corps." |
