| Prices for process service vary based on the location of the person to be served. Below you will find a breakdown of my fees. If you have any questions, or you have a service that does not fall into any of the listed categories, please contact me. As with most things, my fees can be adjusted based on an individual cases or for "bulk" services, so please contact me for further information. |

| Included in these fees are three attempts to locate the individual to be served. Additional attempts will be billed in increments of $30.00 starting with the fourth attempt and increasing every third attempt. Each attempt will be documented. (Most services are perfected within the initial three attempts). |

| MILEAGE FEES |
| Mileage is charged at the rate of .505 per mile on any service where total mileage exceeds 50 miles. Mileage rate is incurred from downtown Newnan, Georgia. Last update 12-15-08 |
| COURIER FEES |
| Courier services, such as filing of originals, picking up subpoenas, etc. are available. Fees are as follows: Filing of originals (Coweta County): $30.00 Filing of originals (Outside Coweta County): $35.00 Pick up of documents (Outside Coweta County): $25.00 Mileage fees may be assessed on any courier service outside of Coweta County. |
