You only turn EIGHTEEN once and although I'm now officially LEGAL in Australia no one cares here but thanks to my wonderful friends i had an unforgettable week.
Starting with Koh Samet Jan 31st and Feb 1st...
Tea at Ko Samet where we spent the weekend (starting left, going around the tabel) horse, chris, phe, me, erin, soph, dave and steph.
Then it was off to Ko Chang on monday where i celebrate my birthday on Wednesday 5th Feb... (thank god i got to sleep on the bus)
In case you didn't know, the school where i work is an international school. It teaches in English and encourages all its tsudents, many ESL to speak english as well. In Ko Chang we have a ule, only english at the dinner table. The night before my birthday the students were threatened with a 5 baht fine that would go towards my birthday present when they spoke thai.
The next day we rode...
(If you're wondering why we're not riding... its a steep downhill....)
To the waterfall!
Unfortunatley, it is the dry season and there is not enough water for it to trickle but there IS a big pond which all the boys had great fun splashing me so that even though i didn't go swimming i still got thouroughly soaked.
On the way back we stopped at a shop where all the boys had to pay they're fines from last night. I made approxiately 55 baht, a packet of chips and 22 baht in tuckshop coupons for my bday...
That night we kayaked   (yes, not walked, not drove, not rode but kayaked...)
To a seafood restaurant that was DELCIOUS!
GROUP SHOT! (Me, Robyn and Sophie)
