E.mail address
An e.mail address defines the location of an individuals mailbox on the internet.An e.mail address consists of two parts separated by the @ (at) symbol.An e.mail address cannot contain spaces..
- The user nameis the name of the person's account.This can be a real name or a nick name.
- The domain name is the location of the person's account on the internet.Periods(.) separate the various parts of the domain name.

The last few characters in an e.mail address usually indicate the type of organization or country to which the person belongs.

Tips to create e.mail message
- Make sure every message you send is clear, concise and contains no spelling or grammar errors.Also make sure that message will not be misinterpreted.Eg: the reaer may not realize a statement to be sarcastic
- Use smileys I.e emoticons in your message Eg: cry: :'-(
- Use addreviations EG: BTW--By the way, LOL--layughing out loud

- A message written in capital letters is annoying and hard to read, this is called shouting.Always use upper and lower case letters when typing messages.
- A flame is an angry or insulting message directed at one person.A flame ware is an argument that continues for a while.Avoid starting or participating in flame wars
- Use signatures in your e.mail message..Which shows a recognision that you have written the message.
parts of a message
- From: Address of a sender.
- To: Address of a person receiving the message
- Subject: Identifies the contents of the message.
- cc: carbon copy -A carbon copy is the exact copy of a message .You can send a carbon copy of a message to a person who is not directly involved, but would be interested in the message.The primary recipient of the message will know that you copied the message to another person
- Bcc: Stads for "blind carbon copy" and allows you to copy a message to another e.mail address without the primary recipient of the message knowing it.
