Llyod MacPherson
| Llyod MacPherson is the Founder of the Texian Bloodline, which most understand to be an offshoot of the Gangrel Clan. Lloyd is the main force behind the city of Austin. He has groomed this city like it was a fine prized possession. Everyone knows that Lloyd will not only fiercely defend the city but also the inhabitants, Kindred and Kine. Llyod established the 2 basic traditions of Austin. The first was "Do as thought will without causing harm", and the second established permanent feeding grounds for all Kindred. In the 1950's, Lloyd established the current Carthian Democratic Government. To keep a measure \of consistency in the power exchange he highly endorsed his Childe as the first Caretaker. As soon as the new government was underway, Lloyd disappeared. The consensus is that he is in torpor. |

| Deebin MacCullough | Tom Grainger | |
| Deebin MacCullough is the current Caretaker for Austin. His role is to protect and defend the city. He is incredibly friendly to all the Kindred in Austin because "thats how Lloyd raised us!", and can almost always be found at his haven or ranch. He enjoys crafting boots and makes a pair for every Kindred in Austin. He keeps the peace without having to throw his weight around. Of the 'old' Texians he is the only 'city boy', and his childe Tom Grainger takes after him. | The most recently promoted Texian from the Ghoul stock that the Texians employ. He does not fit the mold of the Texians, any many of the Austin Kindred feel that Lloyd would never have approved his embrace. He works the Kine political scene for Deebin and has proved very useful in extending the Texian reach throughout the state. While his work is serious, Tom is quite the epicurean, and can be seen all over Austin's nite life scene. |

Herbert 'Al' Merrick
Al is the first childe of Frank MacCullough, who was the first childe of Lloyd. Al is hardly ever in Austin proper. While he is always at council, dressed as if he were off to Sunday church service, he spends the majority of his time tending to flocks for most of the Texians, especially Lloyd's and his own sire's. |

Joeseph Chapamaco
Joe was a faithful ghoul to Lloyd for many decades. He was one of the first to be embraced by Lloyd. While many of the Kindred see Joe as more of a Bohemian in his interaction with the city of Austin, there is no doubt by the older Kindred in town that his real alligence will always be with Lloyd and the Texians. He enjoys traveling out into the Hill Country for nights on end. Sometimes when he comes back he has wounds that take several nights to heal, and he wears tham proudly and talks of wrestling with other shapeshifters. |
