BASIC THREE BRANCHES
1. Legislative - The Council is made up of every Kindred in town. Every Kindred gets 1 vote.
2. Judicial - 3 members picked for unlife or until they step down. They handle all disputes, and decide if a law has been broken. A member can be removed by a 2/3 vote of the Council.
3. Executive - The Caretaker is voted in every 10 years, and can hold no more than 3 consecutive terms. The Caretaker is not a Prince, he/she is more equivalent to a Sheriff/Hound. The Caretaker is the ultimate protecter of the City. A Caretaker can be removed by a 2/3 vote of the Council.
Basically the only 2 laws enforced are:
1. Do as you will, without causing harm.
2. All Kindred have a right to feeding grounds.
