The Pastor is a robust, power-charged individual. He is only allowed in Austin due to his slanted views of the Lancea Sanctum. He feels that instead of just punishing those who are evil, he must separate the wheat from the chaff. He does much to help the poor and destitute kine in Austin. |
| Sara Ellen Hanley: the bright, hypnotically happy and holy praise and worship leader for the Pastor and his flock. She is beautiful, sweet, and sincere. She seems to be an eternally sickening cheerleader. |

Donald, a Nosferatu who has found redemption with the Pastor and his Flock. He is a messenger of sorts for the Pastor. His facial features are rather large and deformed. He tells everyone he meets that he was born deformed, and he tries hard to use his happy personality to overcome him deformity. |
