Hill Country Wild Man
This bizarre Kindred ambles into downtown Austin every once in awhile to come and prophecize about a soon to occur future event. He has to be monitored closly as he seems to have no comprehension of what he is or of the Masqurade. |

Stephen Malbry
Stephen Malbry is one of the 3 Judges on the High Court for Austin. He has a very soft voice, so usually in council or in court he has a spokesman. He comes across as wise and many seek him out for advice. He has a disarming pressence; he appears irregularly tall and his eyes bulge and 'pulsate'. He seems to loom ever taller while in his presence. |

Wanda
A kooky old mother hen, Wanda always tries to help anyone who comes to her door. She comes across as part hippie and part gypsy. Half of what she says makes no sense, and the other half will scare the crap out you. She doesn't get out very often but is at every Council. She lives in a small upscale house just north of downtown Austin. |

Drew McCallistor
One of the original Kine founders of The University of Texas, Drew has survived as a Mekhet to protect it through the centuries. He can almost always be found haunting the study areas of the Library late at night. He sits on the High Court as one of the three Judges for the Austin Kindred. It has been said that to try and lie to Drew is a foolish endeavor. |

Jesse Finnigan
Jesse is a ghoul, and no one knows how. The area of town he lives in, Bouldin Creek (just south of downtown and the Colorado River, is under his control. There is absolutly no feeding there. Jesse carries a big club which he calls Rosie; it has mysterious red marks on it that look like tally marks. The Council made peace with him about 20 years back. If you go into Bouldin Creek... you better have a good reason. |

Handrake
Handrake is a Haunt. As the night proresses he rather quickly rots and becomes more and more the visage of death. He is always the first to arrive and the first to leave. He has become very good at staying involved while keeping his distance. |

Elena Markite (PC)
A Kindred with a mission. Her family brutally murdered by a rival of her sire just moments after her Embrace, Elena hunts for the killer with a singular passion. Though no trails have yet turned up, even some of the city elders pity the person who commited the crime, for if Elena should ever catch up to them� |

Shawn (PC)
Shawn is new in town- she just arrived from Boston about a month ago, and has not made many friends or contacts. While she does stand out in a crowd, her style of dress seems practically designed to negate that, to force the attention her form would draw away from her. She gives the impression of a loner, but a loner in need of friends. She seems a little distant and afraid, and often avoids contact with both kindred and kine. |
