PERIOD 1	Science-took-up hmwk, had mini quiz On Thursday is a quiz	Math- did math test on fractions -no homework	Gym- played floor hockey
PERIOD 2	Science: Got booklet on some new info. watched video on booklet. Watched part of BLOB, and a cartoon on cells.	Math-did math test on fractions -no homework	French- worked on booklet about "y" -Tommorow is the last day to hand in brochures.
PERIOD 3	French- Got into groups and worked on new parts of the verb "y" Brochure due Tues,m wed, or thurs.	French- worked on new booklet on verb"Y"	Art- finished up our masks. -If you want, you can take your mask home over the holidays to finish it up, but you must return it in after the holidays if you wish to have a mark for your mask.
PERIOD 4	History: watched video. No homework	History- got assignment on timeline. -timeline due in the new year	Art- finished up masks, today was the last art period to do them.
PERIOD 5	Math: took up hmwk, got handout for hmwk, #'s 16-31, Tommorow is Unit Test on fractions. (it's hard!)	Music- played a tree game with a partner - no homework	Math-got to see what we got on our fraction test, helped Mrs. Bayford mark some grade 7 quizes, played trivia for the rest of the class.
PERIOD 6	Tech: worked on Hyper Studio, last class. Next class, quiz is due.	Geography- had quiz on section 2 -got some tests and handouts back.	Music-talked about ski trip, GET YOUR FORM IN;IF YOUR RENTING OR HAVE OWN EQUIPEMENT. If you do not bring it in by tommorow, you will have to take time off the dance!!! -watched part of movie: "Why toes Tap"
PERIOD 7	agendas: worked on questions 1&3 on the Magi. Took up vocab.(first 5 words)	Agendas-	Agendas- discused & planned what we are going to do on Friday.
PERIOD 8	Language:	Language-	Drama-watched "why toes tap"
OTHER	French Brochure due tommorow, wed, or thurs. Science Quiz on Thursday. Tommorow is a Geography quiz on Chapter 2, Unit 2 Tommorow is Student/Teacher volleyball match. Need canned food item to watch. Bring in canned food items and Canadian Tire money for your house colour. On Thursday, Winter Dance. Cost: $5 or $4 with a canned food item. Also on Thursady is Lance Lydnsey, Dress up as your favorite X-mas character!!!	-bring $2 for Art, to use extras for mask	-French Brochures due tommorow -Dance tommorow- entry cost:$5 or $4 and a canned food item.
