PERIOD 1	LANGUAGE: Had time to work on grammar lessons 27-31. HW: Complete the lessons for tomorrow.	MATH: Finished 1st round of casino. Discussed why it was hard to win. Started 2nd round of casino. HW: Make sure all questions are complete for the games you have played.	DRAMA: Worked on poems. Played charades.	HISTORY: Wrote a test.	GYM: Learned how to do high jump.
PERIOD 2	MATH: Got back our geometry and measurement tests. Put the marks in our agenda, need to be signed. Marked a probability quiz.	GYM: Ran the "Beep Test".	FRENCH: Worked on adjective activity. Started oral activity.	FRENCH: Read passage and answered questions.	FRENCH: Completed an activity in cahier.
PERIOD 3	FRENCH: Worked on pages 25 and 26. HW: Complete pages 25 & 26.	SCIENCE: Did a lab on rate of dissolving. Click here for lab procedures and questions. Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 Page 4   Lab report due next double period.	MATH: Continued to complete the games for Probability Casino Part 2. Discussed why it was easier to win the games this time compared to last time. HW: Make sure all questions are answered for all games completed.	MATH: Completed Casino #3 and discussed the results.	SCIENCE: Handed in labs. Talked about diagrams from yesterday.
PERIOD 4	LIBRARY: Worked on art project.	SCIENCE: Continued	SPELLING: Worked on grammar lessons 32-34. If finished, had time to work on any other projects.	MATH: Wrote a quiz on probability. HW: Make sure that all questions on all casinos are complete. Complete a write up discussing the probability of winning , amount to be won, etc. for all 3 casinos. (Should be approx. 10 sentences.)_Due tomorrow.	SCIENCE: Did a new lab with a group. Questions #1-5 due next class.
PERIOD 5	MUSIC: Worked on booklet and corrected it. NO HW!	FRENCH: Took up dictionary. Got title page marked. NO HW!	TECH: Worked on websites.	SCIENCE: Took notes.	MUSIC: Played rhythm bingo.
PERIOD 6	GEOGRAPHY: Wrote the LOWER N and Resources unit test. HW: Read Ch. 2 Canada - Country of Resources for next class.	HEALTH: Reviewed body parts. Lesson on pregnancy and childbirth.	GEOGRAPHY: Wrote open book quiz on Ch. 2 Canada -- Country of Resources. NO HW!	MUSIC: Took up homework. Had a detention due to inappropriate behaviour.	HISTORY: Marked our tests. Got our marks out of 30.

Will have time to work on these lessons (32-34) tomorrow in spelling, but are due tomorrow in Period 8. HW: Make sure I have enough done on lessons 32-34 to complete it during spelling.	LANGUAGE: Took up grammar lessons 32-34. Had lesson on verb phrases, verb tenses, and present perfect and past perfect tenses. Worked on lessons 35-45, due on Monday, will have tomorrow's class to work on it.	LANGUAGE: Had time to work on lessons 35-45, due on Monday. HW:  Complete lessons 35-45 for Monday.
