An exploration and celebration of the duality of being, that between the animal and the devine. While alive we are shackled within certain limits which the body imposes via its material structure, ................. but shackled within that body also is consciousness, and therein the ability to even conceive of the devine, to think, to feel, to create all of which distinguish us from pure animal. These works seek to iterate the fact that both our 'man and beast' are equally valid forms in which we reside and evolve, .............. to underscore the fact that this body is a tool with which to manifest the sublime. The fragility of this 'mortal coil', may be seen as a form of bondage, however it may also may seen as a receptacle often rife with the resplendence of all that reside within. |
