QUESTANT ENTERPRISES PROUDLY PRESENTS

PROJECT CHAMELEO

A new concept in electro-optical camouflage and emission control...

"Chameleo" is the name of the genus of "chameleon," that wonderful little creature so clever at changing colors and merging with the background.  Look for the chameleons in the logo above which was designed by Margaret Faletoi.  Hear the environment of these little creatures below:

News Flashs!

1.  A recent JPL study outlines a unique implementation of the Project Chameleo concept - See

Adaptive Camouflage

2.  An exciting simulation of the Project Chameleo concept as narrated by Bob Fletcher, investigative reporter, commenting on a TLC Discovery Channel presentation, is now available.  This is part of a full length video tape entitled "EXOTIC WEAPONS" which may be purchased from Mr. Fletcher's company, World News Insight, 10061 Riverside Drive, No. 801, North Hollywood, CA 91602 (818-980-9745), for $39.95 using Visa or Master Card.

Vanguard Sciences/KeelyNet comments:

Some might snicker at quoting the Weekly World News as a source, however, every now and then the tabloids will mention something interesting that can be checked. I know, because about 4 years ago, a few paragraphs were printed in the Globe newspaper about a fellow who had figured out how to make things invisible.I called the Globe and asked for the fellows name and address. They refused to provide verbally but said their policy for followup requests must be made by mail. So, I sent them a letter with the story name, the page and issue. Within about a week, I received the name of the inventor, his phone number and address. I called and we spoke for a couple of hours. Fascinating theory that he got from Star Treks' Cloaking Device. He pursued it and now has a company listed on the web.

POSITION VACANCY

Questant Enterprises is currently seeking the investment talent of an associate researcher in optics; a PhD in physics would be required and at least ten years experience specializing in optics research is desired.  This position pays no salary but some limited compensation would be available, such as occasional paid tasks assigned by the inventor, reimbursement for expenses incurred to present papers at technical symposia, or the optional opportunity to participate in a limited or full partnership and sharing of future profits.  Duties would be minimal at present pending a major contract award and would consist of the design and execution of occasional optical experiments, preparation of reports and papers, and presentations to potential customers or at technical symposia.  This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the greatest revolution in camouflage during this century and is destined to expand into the 21st century with exciting innovations such as holographic projection and orthogonal deception.  Contact Richard at 888-787-8520 (Pager)] and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Dr. Lev Berger, PhD. Physics
Research Associate
For Materials Science and Semiconductor Technology

Dr. Lev Berger is a well known researcher and author of semiconductor technology publications and is a regular contributor to physics handbook revisions.  See his homepage below at the California Institute of Electronics and Materials Science.  Dr. Berger has provided some very valuable assistance in expanding the commercial and industrial applications of Project Chameleo technology which are described in the Executive Summary referenced below.  Dr. Berger's facility in Hemet is available for research and testing of a wide variety of products, systems, and materials.
