Gampersnaz
One can use the word when one is stuck in an uncomfortable silence. Example: (as a bystander), "Thankyou for letting me use your toothbrush. My cat is no-longer constipated!"
You see, as a bystander, one can automatically change the subject by yelling, at the top of one's lungs, "GAMPERSNAZ!!!!" It will stun anyone who doesn't know what to say next, and result in a completely different conversation.
