Tales of symphonia
The gamecube began as this great system. Beautiful graphics and evrything. All these new games, eveyrone thought it would rule. However, it didn't. Ps2 and Xbox beat it. everyone began calling it the baby system. it was the end of Nintendo. However, 2/7/04, Gc kicked back in and began to make new games! Harvest moon, Spongebob movie, Crystal chronicles but most of all, once somewhere around Augest of 2003 or 2004, a game calle dtales of Symphonia finally hit store shelves. This was just the beginning for gamecube.

Pros
The story is that their are 2 worlds. Your world is Sylarvant. However, because of a certain person, the worlds are dieing. In each world, a choser rises to help them. This chosen in Collette. She comes from Iselia, the little village in Sylarvant. She usually hangs out with Genis and Lloyd, the main character. You play as Lloyd. You can control the other characters almost any time. The Battle system is a great feature! Instead of the anoying random turn based battles, you fight in an arena by pressing the a button to attack, the b button with diffrent attacks, and Y for the menu. You could press the a button down to do a drop kick(Regal) or throw your sword under someones guard(Lloyd). also, unlike most rpg's, this game supports a good amount of puzzles. each one id redicolously hard. One has you call an animal to cause a fruit to land in the water, call another fish to push the fruit across the water. cause another shark to start eating a worm. let the fish use this time to get past the shark. The puzzles are hard! The bosses are cool also. It even goes longer than 100 hours!  I'm at least 80% in the game and 108 hours have passed! there's more, but this page probably couldn't fit it all. You could also get a room at a hotel and then take this ride to a casino and movie Theater! Very cool. And the characters also have a realationship thing with lloyd! Your can raise or lower it.

Cons
While the game has a lot of Dungeons, it lacks in small levels like the Ossa Trail. You could go in the desert, but really their was  Ossa trail, fire temple, Triet, and The the Sylarvant Base. Also some of the games puzzles are redicolously hard. Sometimes the water looks horible, but i never realize it. there really isn't many problems, other than the fact yuo can only hold 8 charcaters at a time, also the fact that the 2 player isn't very good. You also don't have the ability to switch out characters for others. if one character got weak, the other chraacter would of taken order. That would of been cool. Also more side quest would have been needed.

Conclusion
I think this is a game that Rpg fans and non rpg fans should experience. When you have the money,
you must buy this game!
