To defeate jaws, make him throw gas tanks and bring him one by one blow up the gas tanks.

Train Chase
If you go to the right instead of the left and suv, you can get a motorcycle. Whick is alot easier.
Regain Health
You have to crouch and you have to stay still for a few minutes and then it will work and your bar will hopefully go up by a few bits at a time.
