I like this game because it gives you a since or purpose. You have to complete
quests. You have to seek out the land, find the buildings and kill the monsters. You
have control over your characters. There are 5 to choose from with Diablo II, add
the expansion set and now you have 7. Everytime your character gains experience
they go up in levels, you decide what areas they will improve in and what skills they
will learn..You can change thier weapons, armor and add special items.You can hire
Mercenaries to help you out, or to get in the way of the monsters so you can either
kill it or run like hell..I personally prefer to kill it, but hey I'll run for now but I will be
back..Even though you can die save and exit, come back and get all your stuff back
I still hate dying..This game has 3 play modes when you finish the first mode known
as Normal mode you can play Nighmare mode and then Hell mode. These are the
same game just progressively tougher.. Add that with the newly released expansion
set Lord of Destruction and you have a game that can be played for along time and
in never quite the same way....Whats not to love.... |
