Message Board
GameFAQs Users Site has a message board. It makes
sense, if you think about it. This site is a tribute to one of
the largest collections of message boards (and FAQs, of course)
for video games. It doubles as the guestbook for this site.
Please drop in and sign to let us know you've been here!
We have a new messageboard, thanks to AEtherSpoon! (Much thanks
inserted here.) No pop-up ads, and it is connected to his larger
message board system. Check it out! It requires registration in
order to post, but registration is free. Please also review his
Terms of Service before posting.

Terms of Service
(In short, if it's not allowed at GameFAQs, it's not allowed
here. Thanks to CJayC of GameFAQs who created the Terms of Service
there.)
- Nothing offensive, no flaming, no trolling. You can disagree
with other people, but do it in a civil way. Absolutely no racist/sexist/etc.
remarks allowed at all. Harassment/stalking may lead to bans
and IP bans.
- I don't mind people advertising their websites, but don't
go around asking people to go to a site that is trying to sell
you stuff (i.e. Advertising). I also don't like to see gibberish
posts, so don't go around posting things like "ioefhiseofhnieorfg"
unless you have a good reason to.
- You may use any naughty word not picked up by the auto-censor.
Keep in mind though that just because a word is allowed, that
doesn't make it a good thing to use...it can still be deleted
for flaming, etc.
- No ROM sites, pornography, or other illegal/offensive sites
may be posted. Though, like GameFAQs, emulator discussion and
patches are ok.
- Board Wars/Invasions/Planning for invasions either for other
boards here or for GameFAQs boards will be deleted and also
reported to CJayC of GameFAQs.
- Anything deemed disruptive by Crono Level99 or the moderators
may also be deleted too.
Notable Differences from the GameFAQs ToS:
- There is no such thing as an off-topic post here. If a particular
post belongs on another board, it will be moved there. But nothing
will be deleted for being "off-topic."
- Spoilers for recently released games may or may not be deleted
at the moderators' discression. If a game was released more
than 2 years ago, spoilers are ok. Just please put "Spoilers"
in the topic title if you anticipate discussion of them.
What action can be taken against someone who breaks the ToS?
- This isn't GameFAQs. Here, there are two things that can be
done. Deletion of a post, and a Ban (which may or may not be
an IP Ban). Warnings do not exist on ezboards. So follow the
ToS and we'll all be fine. Deal?
If you feel that the ToS may need to be changed, please post
your suggestions in the Suggestions board. Or e-mail me. I am
open to new/different ideas.
