Financial Aid
Each year, LMCC students receive financial aid in one form or another. As participants in the U. S. Department of Education Quality Assurance Program, our mission is to assist students in finding financial resources to aid in obtaining their highest educational goals.

Types of financial aid:

To be considered, you must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)/Renewal application. To be given priority, you must file by the deadline. (See the FAFSA application for dates.) All assistance awarded depends on the extent of a student's need and the amount of funds available.

Scholarships can be awarded for academic achievement, athletics, or musical ability. The money does not need to be repaid or earned through employment. Grants are a form of financial aid that do not need to be repaid or earned through employment. To be awarded a grant, a student must demonstrate need and make reasonable academic progress.
