Welcome to Project Deciphre, an Alias RPG unlike most you've seen.

          We are in the year 3001. Technologies have risen and fallen with the times, and the Earth has been reconquered. The nation which was once known solely as the United States of America now rules the entire Western Hemisphere. As a whole, all nations united under the name America.

          When America began its conquest, other nations united in opposition to the various viewpoints and thus resulted in the formation of other unified governments:

East Asia, comprised India, China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and all other south eastern Asian island nations;

West Asia, comprised of Russia, the Middle Eastern nations, and all nations east of the Ural Mountains;

United Europe, comprised of all the European nations;

and the Nations of the Seas, often referred to as Aquatyca, comprised of Africa, Australia, and the islands which pertained to these continents.

The only thing the nations agreed on was leaving Antarctica unsettled and untouched.

          But the subjects of the research program are fooled into believing that their abilities are not abnormal, and that whatever they do will be for the good of the country. However, several months ago, with the sudden death of Daniel Hecht, subject Sydney Bristow found out the truth about Project Deciphre. She can tell no one. She knows not who to trust.

          Suspicions arise among the other subjects and those close� Will they find out the truth as well? Will they be able to save the world from impending destruction?

          Or will they perish trying?
