Galway Youth Soccer Club Registration
It’s time to register for the 2008-2009 soccer season. It promises to be a great season. We will
again be fielding teams from the u8 to u17 age level. Everyone interested in playing soccer must
return the attached registration form (completely filled out and signed located at bottom of this page.), a wallet size photo
(must have a new picture EACH year), a check for $35 by October 15, 2008, and Register on line at this link. Online link

The Galway Youth Soccer Club has set up on line registration which will take the place of paper registrations in the near future. This system will help reduce the Time, Travel, and costs associated with the present registration process and help the club manage committed players and developing age appropriate Teams.
It is very import to let us know which sessions you are interested in playing. This will allow the
club to see which teams are full and those which still need additional players. If the club cannot accommodate the player, the $35 registration fee will be refunded. If a team is registered and does not participate, the registration fee will not be refunded.
As in the past, the indoor session fee will vary based on the number of players and number of
teams fielded. In the past each indoor session fee has been between $70-$85. The spring travel fee will be $60 for your 1st child and $50 for the second child.
Fundraising opportunities will again be present to help defray rising costs. On the date TBA , the Galway Youth Soccer Club will be baling trees at Bob’s Trees. This is always a successful fundraiser and a chance to get in the spirit of the season. Please indicate the time of day you are interested in baling on the
registration form. We will do our best to schedule you in that timeframe.
Uniform supply vendor is being discussed and members input is needed to deal with this issue. Contact a club representative before buying a new uniform.
The GYSC is run strictly on a volunteer basis. Any help offered by parents and older players
helps the club run smoothly. Please let us know where you would like to help.
