| Insomniacs Playground (runner-up winner in the 2003 Shadows Ink Poetry Contest) I write my poems at night with my head being the pen, my heart, the paper; and the echo of a train whistle my only punctuation. In mornings honest light, I often wonder what manner of creature visited my insomniacs playground, leaving behind their thoughts. |
