| Provides excellent padding for small wounds; an effective absorbent that usually doesn't stick to wounds. Limited to use on small wounds that can be completely covered by the pad. When used on lower legs, where there's lottle or no natural padding, bandage-induced damage to tendons (baddage bow) can occur if excessive tension is applies with the outer, elastic layer of the bandage, particularly if the padded portion of the pad doesn't completely circumvent the lower leg. In this case, use additional pads or a larger pad. |
