I shouldn't forget to say it rains quite a lot here. And oh yeah, there's a lot of rain...
Anyway, besides the wet days we can have quite hot summers and quite cold winters.

| The Netherlands is the country where i was born and raised. Seeing quite some places around the world i am not too unhappy i was born in this country. The Netherlands is a country known for the freedom. You seem to be able to do everything you want. Well, of course that is not completely true, but yeah, there are things possible here, which would be rather hard in other countries. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| The capital, Amsterdam is like the main attraction for tourists. I like this city a lot, it has a great atmosphere and it's fun walking through town. My favourite places to walk through are Leidseplein, Waterlooplein, Rembrandtplein, de Wallen, Vondelpark, Museumplein. Lots and lots of shops, lots and lots of people...and so many nationalities. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| Rotterdam is very close to my hometown. Rotterdam is a great place for shopping, seeing the town is nice, but i m not too fond of it. It's an ok place, but i guess i miss the atmosphere it should have. There are a lot of places to go out, but guess i didn't find the right ones yet. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| Den Haag is the dutch residence. It has great places to see and also the beach - Scheveningen - I shouldn't forget to mention. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Our queen Beatrix will be followed by Willem-Alexander in a couple of years, he is married to Maxima, an girl from Argentina. Of course she could enter the country without any problems, she just got the right visa. (which i find really unfair, but well, we all dont have the same rights i guess...not everyone is as important as W.-A.) | ||||||||||||||||||||||
