Rogue Technomage,"outcast" of the technomage organisation
The everyone's favourite technomage is portrayed by Peter Woodward.One word to describe him,which is either Cool! or Mysterious,Matthew descibes him as "a very useful asset"(gee,now that's the funniest pick-up line I've ever heard),Galen is a technomage,the latest edition to the team.Technomages are a bunch of so-called goody-goodys who uses technology to simulate the effects of magic(cool eh?).Galen is a rogue technomage,an outcast of his kind for making too much contact with the outside,what do I mean?Well,before the shadow war,the technomages heard of rumours that the shadows were coming,to comfirm it,the very silly leader at that time,Kell,(sorta planned to)send Isabelle(Galen's girl) and Galen to check out if the rumours were true,and indeed they were,in the end the truth (and three very bad technomages) killed Isabelle,making Galen the very cold man in black that he is now,so anyway,the technomages trusts nobody from the outside because they are afraid that someone out there is out to get them,steal their tech and such horrible things,bottomline,they are kind of cowardly.Anyway,Galen saved the whole galaxy and nobody knows it,why?Because Sheriden took all the credit.But don't get me wrong,there are very good,very brave technomages like Galen,example Elric,Alwyn and Isabelle.Elric is Galen's teacher who passed on in the third book of the technomage trilogy,and Alwyn is Galen's closest friend (after Elric),who was featured in "The Long Road"(Played by Peter Woodward's father,Edward).Anyway,now Galen is helping Matthew in his quest to find the cure and other things that are yet to discover inside them...by the way,"the show was never about the cure"
