The crew finds an alien thingie from a large building in an alien planet,it turns out that the thingie contains an alien who does not speak, it communicates telepathically. Gideon looks at it and the alien starts communicating with him,we flashback to Gideon's past, we find that Gideon was once an ensign in a Starship called the Ceberus, it was destroyed by a Shadow like vessal, he was the only survivor and was saved by Galen,when he got back to Earth, nobody believed him, then we find that he owns a box, an Acolyspe box which he won in a gamble.After living his life all over again, Gideon turns away angrily but he feels better when the alien says he forgives him,Matheson comes in shortly and asks if the alien was in pain, then we flashback to Matheson's past, Matheson was once in the Psi Corps, he is probaly a P2-5, he helped the telepath resistence to destroy the Psi Corps last base by helping one of the resistence leaders,and that memory has haunted him since the incident happened, it is revealed that he wanted to explore the stars since he was a kid, the alien tells Matheson that he forgives him, and Matheson feels much better.Then Galen comes in angrily when Matheson goes out, he says that the alien feeds on emotions of others, but the alien tells him that he feedso n forgiveness, then we go to Galen's past, we see a girl, she's bleeding,his lover, Isabelle, 3 betrayers of his order has damaged her ,she tells him that her death is part of a design of the universe, and he(who couldn't be more considerate) argued with her, then they kiss and she dies.Galen is angry that the alien brought that up,he conjures a fire ball and is going to kill the alien when Gideon comes in telling him that he's not a murderer,Galen runs out angrily.After some time, as he is about to leave the Excalibur, Matheson tellls him that he has a message ,and there were only 2 words in it, the word Galen and Love,it's (probaly) from Isabelle.Matheson and Gideon take the alien back,as they leave,another alien ship goes down to the planet.We see a confused Galen in a bullet car,going aimlessly nowhere.You can't trust me!See it for yourself! |
